11:00 – 11:40 AM · Home Court, Program Room A
A high-octane, interactive discussion and Q&A moderated by Leela Srinivasan (CEO, Parity). Bringing together leaders from across athletics, higher education, law, policy, business and philanthropy, we'll explore what's working, what's at risk, and how institutions and organizations are innovating to expand opportunities for women and girls. The goal is to bring different perspectives and real-world experiences together, challenge assumptions, and explore what practical, forward-looking solutions and protections could look like for the next generation. On the table: Title IX and its future, the impact of the House Settlement and the PCSA, what strong legislation to protect women should look like, and why sport matters so much to the lives and careers of women and to the American economy.
