Bio
Dr. Chris Howard is ASU’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, helping lead enterprise planning, strategy, technology, advancement, and major initiatives. A Rhodes Scholar, Air Force Academy graduate, Bronze Star recipient, and former university president, he has held leadership roles in higher education, national security, business, and philanthropy.
