Ewan Watt

Ewan Watt has been part of the Stand Together community since 2013, working across public policy, communications, and strategic partnerships. Before joining Stand Together, he worked at leading public affairs firms in London and Washington, D.C.

Ewan joined Stand Together to help launch and build its criminal justice reform work, helping shape the strategy and advance efforts to transform the way the country approaches issues such as policing, sentencing, and second chances. He later moved to the Charles Koch Foundation, where he led communications, before shifting his focus to partnerships and activations that bring Stand Together’s principles to new audiences.

His current work includes Yes, Coach!, a campaign with the U.S. Soccer Foundation that elevates coaches and mentors as civic leaders and equips them to help young people thrive on and off the field.

Ewan lives near Austin, Texas, with his wife, children, and their basset hound, Lady Bird. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, watching soccer, coaching, collecting records, and playing guitar.
