Lea Jesse

Lea Jesse is the Executive Director of Cubs Charities, where she leads efforts to expand community investment, equity, and youth access to sports programming. Prior to this role, she served as CEO of First Tee – Greater Chicago, leading a $2.2 million capital campaign and growing the organization’s reach to over 10,000 youth. Her experience includes leadership roles at the Big Shoulders Fund, J.P. Morgan, and in management consulting. Lea is a recognized leader in both corporate philanthropy and the nonprofit sector, serving on the board of the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation.
