Lina Bankert

Lina Bankert is a Managing Director and Partner in BCG’s Public Sector and Social Impact practices and is the global lead for Education and Employment topics. Lina works with clients on strategic planning, sustainability, organization design, talent pipeline development, and transformation. Lina serves on the Advisory Council for the Chicago Public Education Fund, as a board member and the education lead for BCG's Center for Illinois' Future, and on the ASU GSV Workforce Insights Board.
