Rohan Sajdeh

Rohan Sajdeh is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group. He is the founder & Global co-lead of BCG's sports segment, which he has led for over two decades and was the Global leader of BCG's Consumer & Retail practice from 2019 to 2025. In sport, he has served the leading leagues, teams, events, media players & PEs across all 6 continents and all major sports (including US youth and collegiate sports) with a track record of transformative impact.

He joined the firm as an Associate in 1995 in Sydney and has been based in Chicago since 2001. He holds Master’s degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Cambridge, UK and a Bachelor of Business with the University Medal from the University of Technology, Sydney. Rohan has played two sports at an elite level (Cricket in England & Field Hockey in Australia) & is a film Executive Producer (Doosra – a socio-sports film, currently in production).
